Commissioner Hicken recently graduated with a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management. He earned this prestigious degree from the University of Bedfordshire through Nations University Incorporated.
The culmination of his hard work and dedication was celebrated during a significant graduation ceremony held at the National Cultural Centre. The event was a momentous occasion for Commissioner Hicken and 252 other individuals who also graduated on the same day.
