Senior Superintendent Shivpersaud Bacchus, Commander of Regional Division #6, along with his administrative team, carried out a comprehensive inspection on Tuesday, August 28, 2023, at the Whim Police Station situated in Corentyne, Berbice. During this visit, they engaged with the station’s personnel and evaluated the station premises and its immediate surroundings.
The inspection encompassed a thorough evaluation of various aspects, including the conduct of the personnel, the proper upkeep of government assets, the management of exhibits and records, the cleanliness and maintenance of the building, as well as the state of the compound.
In his interactions with the station’s personnel, Mr. Bacchus underscored the significance of upholding professionalism consistently and providing services of the highest quality. He emphasized the importance of fostering positive community relationships and cultivating an environment that is welcoming and accommodating to the public.
As a recognition of outstanding conduct, two personnel were commended during the inspection for their exceptional performance.
