CHIEF OF STAFF VISITS MOM NATIONAL YOUTH CAMP

Chief-of-Staff (COS) Brigadier Omar Khan, Commissioner of Police, Clifton Hicken, and team recently visited the Kuru Kuru Training Centre on the Linden Soesdyke Highway, where a number of children from ages 8 to 14 are enjoying the Men on Mission’s (MOM) National Youth Camp.

The Chief-of-Staff, who is also the Chairman of the MOM committee, interacted with the children and encouraged them to have fun, make new friends, and grasp as much as they could from this fun learning experience.

During a tour of the facility, the Chief-of-Staff also thanked the support staff for their time and dedication to the continued upliftment of the nation’s children.

The children will enjoy two weeks of fun and learning on various subjects, including leadership, communication, public speaking, robotics, fire prevention, debating, poetry, drama, and craft, among others.
