In a testament to the commitment made by President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali during a recent outreach, the PPP/C Government is actively delivering on its promise of road rehabilitation across Georgetown. As part of this initiative, Peter Rose St is undergoing a significant facelift, aligning with the President’s commitment to enhance infrastructure in Alberttown, Kingston, and Queenstown.

The Ministry of Public Works’ Special Projects Unit is spearheading the road upgrades in Queenstown, with ongoing works extending to Peter Rose Street. This comprehensive effort complements the renovations already undertaken on neighboring streets, including Oronoque, New Market, and Lance Gibbs streets.

The renovations underscore the government’s dedication to improving urban infrastructure, fostering community development, and delivering on pledges to enhance the overall quality of life for residents in Georgetown. The ongoing road upgrades are a tangible expression of the PPP/C government’s proactive approach to fulfilling its promises and contributing to the betterment of the nation’s capital.
