Mr. Joseph passed away last night at the St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Georgetown.
Having joined the Guyana Police Force in 1982, Brian Joseph dedicated over three decades of his life to the service. Throughout his distinguished career, he held various significant roles within the organization, including the position of Divisional Commander.
